ABSTRACT An angularily adjustable adaptor for sheet material punching tools consisting of a first cylindrical member adapted to seat in the ram or table of a punch press and keyable in a plurality of angular positions with respect thereto. A second member telescopically insertable into the first member and keyable in a plurality of positions with respect to the first member. The second member being adaptable to hold an active punching member. Each member is provided with a plurality of bores and pin locking members inserted in selected ones of the bores are em- ployed for keying.
