In the production of an animal excrement treatment material containing antibacterial deodorizing powder, processing waste is avoided, expensive facilities are not needed, and a product of high quality can be produced at low cost. 30 to 80 pts.wt. of organic material main powder of 840 µm or less particle size, 1 to 10 pts.wt. of highly water absorbent resin powder, 5 to 20 pts.wt. of nonextracted tea or Japanese cypress powder and 3 to 10 pts.wt. of highly water soluble binder such as natural polymer of 74 µm or less particle size are incorporated in a high-speed agitator, and uniformly mixed by means of agitation blade rotated at a speed of 300 to 800 rpm therein. The obtained mixture is granulated, and dried into a bulk density of 0.20 to 0.5 g/cm3 and a water absorption capacity of 1.3 to 3.5 times its own weight.
L'invention concerne la production d'une matière de traitement d'excréments d'animaux contenant une poudre désodorisante antibactérienne, permettant d'éviter le traitement des déchets, ne nécessitant pas d'installations coûteuses, et produisant à bas prix un produit de qualité supérieure. 30 à 80 % en poids de poudre principale de matière organique à dimension particulaire inférieure ou égale à 840 µm, 1 à 10 % en poids de poudre de résine qui absorbe bien l'eau, 5 à 20 % en poids de thé non extrait ou de poudre de cyprès japonais et 3 à 10 % en poids de liant hautement soluble dans l'eau tel qu'un polymère naturel à dimension particulaire inférieure ou égale à 74 µ sont incorporés dans un agitateur à grande vitesse, et mélangés de façon uniforme au moyen d'ailette d'agitation mise en rotation à une vitesse comprise entre 300 et 800 rpm. Le mélange obtenu est granuleux, et séché à une densité apparente comprise entre 0,2 et 0,5 g/cm?3¿ et présente une capacité d'absorption de l'eau comprise entre 1,3 et 3,5 fois son propre poids.
