Disclosed are cholesterol-depressant, coated or non-coated tablets for oral administration, which comprise an anion exchange resin of formula (I), wherein X represents a physiologically-acceptable counter ion; and p represents an average degree of polymerization, and is larger than 10,000, silicon dioxide and crystalline cellulose, but not containing water. The non-coated tablets are preferably coated with cellulosic substances. The tablets are easy to take, as being not bitter. The dose of the tablets can be decreased, since the tablets can contain a large amount of the active ingredient. The mixture comprising the constituent components can be directly tabletted in the absence of water.

L'invention concerne des comprimés enrobés ou non, hypocholestérolémiants, et comprenant une résine échangeuse d'anions de la formule (I), dans laquelle X représente un contre-ion acceptable sur le plan physiologique, et p représente un degré moyen de polymérisation et est supérieur à 10000, ainsi que du dioxyde de silicium et une cellulose cristalline, mais pas d'eau. De préférence, on enrobe les comprimés non enrobés à l'aide de substances cellulosiques. Ces comprimés sont faciles à prendre, car il ne sont pas amères. On peut diminuer le dosage dans les comprimés étant donné que ceux-ci peuvent contenir une dose élevée de principe actif. Pour obtenir les comprimés, on peut directement presser, en l'absence d'eau, le mélange comprenant les constituants.
