An annealing basket made of steel, receiving mass-produced aluminium parts (20) for the degreasing and softening thereof, comprising a bottom and side walls that protrude from said bottom and are defined by a frame. At least one side wall (16) is joined to the frame (12) by means of at least one aluminium element (26) that can be plastically deformed when heated to an annealing temperature as a result of the pressure that is exerted on the side walls (16) and occurs in the annealing basket (10) due to thermal expansion of said aluminium parts (20), whereby the side wall (16) moves outwards to a certain degree under the effect of the increase in the volume of said basket in at least one area that is adjacent to the frame.

Panier de recuit (10) en acier destiné à contenir des pièces (20) en aluminium fabriquées en série pour le recuit de dégraissage et d'adoucissement desdites pièces, qui comporte un fond et des parois latérales faisant saillie par rapport à ce fond et limitées par un cadre. Au moins une paroi latérale (16) est reliée au cadre (12), à l'aide d'au moins un élément (26) en aluminium se déformant plastiquement, lors de la chauffe à la température de recuit, sous l'effet de la pression sur les parois latérales (16) qui se forme dans le panier de recuit (10) par la dilatation thermique des pièces en aluminium (20), de manière telle que ladite paroi latérale (16) s'écarte d'une certaine distance vers l'extérieur, sous l'effet d'agrandissement du volume du panier, dans au moins une zone adjacente au cadre.
