A method of and equipment for announcing advertisements to users of a telecommunications system wherein at least one advertisement is stored in electrical form in storage means (7) of communication equipment (1) of a user of the telecommunications system. The or each advertisement is announced to the user from the storage means (7) in aural and/or visual form through loudspeaker (4) and/or display means (5). The or each announcement is stored from the telecommunications system, advantageously during "off-peak" hours, and is regularly refreshed. The or each advertisement may be announced under control of the telecommunications system or autonomously by the communication equipment (1) of the user.
L'invention concerne un procédé et un équipement permettant la communication d'annonces publicitaires à des utilisateurs d'un système de télécommunications, et dans lesquels au moins une annonce publicitaire est mémorisée sous forme électrique dans la mémoire (7) d'un équipement de communication (1) d'un utilisateur du système de télécommunications. L'annonce ou chaque annonce est communiquée à l'utilisateur depuis la mémoire, de manière sonore et/ou visuelle, par un haut-parleur (4) et/ou un écran (5). L'annonce ou chaque annonce est mémorisée depuis le système de télécommunications, avantageusement pendant les heures creuses, et est rafraîchie régulièrement. Ladite annonce peut être communiquée, sous le contrôle du système de télécommunications ou de manière autonome, par l'équipement de communication (1) de l'utilisateur.
