ABSTRACT OF DISCLOSURE A boring tool used for forming a circular hole of relatively large diameter, which is a hollow cylindrical tool having one end opened, including a plurality of cemented carbide cutting tools fixed to the peripheral edge of the open end thereof and being adapted to rotate about its central axis for cutting an annular groove in a material to be worked and finally forming a circular through-hole. This tool is especially suitable for forming a deep hole in a thick plate.
