The invention relates to a cylindrical or frustoconical annular element or liner for producing a gully hole or pipe well or a pipe conduit. The outer surface (5) of the annular element (1) is provided with longitudinal ribs (3) which are aligned especially in parallel to the generatrices and/or parallel to the center central axis (7) of the annular element (1). According to the invention, at least two contiguous longitudinal ribs (3) with substantially parallel direction of projection extend from the outer surface (5).
