Précis Dans la présente invention, la force magnétique attractive ou répulsive créée par le champ magnétique existant entre des aimants permanents, l'un, en forme d'anneau, fixé au stator d'un moteur magnétique et les autres fixes aux rotors, permet d'obtenir un couple moteur sur l'arbre du moteur. La vitesse et le sens de rotation de l'arbre moteur peuvent être modifiés en variant la position des rotors autour d'eux-mêmes ,à l'aide de poulies et courroies dentées reliées à un actuateur.
