LHRH analogs and congeners with high water solubility have been synthesized. These new analogs had 0 %-100 % antiovulatory activity at a 0.5 µg dosage and 0 %-80 % at 0.25 µg. The ED50 for histamine release was 30.5 µg/ml- > 300 µg/ml.

On a synthétisé des analogues de l'hormone de libération de l'hormone lutéinisante (LHRH) et ses congénères présentant une hydrosolubilité élevée, et on a constaté que ces nouveaux analogues présentent une activité antiovulatoire de 0 à 100 % à un dosage de 0,5 µg et de 0 à 80 % à 0,25 µg. La valeur ED¿50? pour la libération d'histamine est de 30,5 µg/ml- > 300 µg/ml.
