There is provided a small-size antenna device having a high gain. The antenna device is formed by a multi-layer dielectric substrate combining a plurality of dielectric layers. A feeding antenna is arranged at the lower layer of the multi-layer substrate. A reflection metal plate is arranged above the feeding antenna. Furthermore, disc-shaped or square loop-shaped metal members are arranged with a diameter increasing from the lower layer toward the upper layer.

L~invention concerne un dispositif d~antenne de petite taille, ayant un grand gain. Le dispositif d~antenne est formé par un substrat diélectrique multicouche combinant une pluralité de couches diélectriques. Une antenne d~alimentation est disposée sur la couche inférieure du substrat multicouche. Une plaque métallique de réflexion est placée au-dessus de l~antenne d~alimentation. En outre, des éléments métalliques en forme de disque ou de boucle carrée sont disposés avec un diamètre en augmentation de la couche inférieure à la couche supérieure.
