The invention relates to an antenna source for transmitting and receiving polarized microwaves including a transducer for separating the transmitted and received signals of different frequencies. Connection of the transducer (24) to the radiating element of the antenna is such that it maintains the polarization of the signal received by the radiating element and the signal transmitted to the radiating element. The transducer comprises a square waveguide (26) of which one end is connected to the radiating element and the other end is connected to the transmit channel (32, 36, 42), the signals received being transmitted by the side walls of the waveguide (26). This source allows transmission and reception in the broadened C-band, i.e., 3.4 to 4.2 GHz for reception and 5.85 to 6.65 GHz for transmission.

L'invention est relative à une source d'antenne pour l'émission et la réception d'ondes hyperfréquences polarisées comprenant un transducteur pour séparer les signaux, à fréquences différentes, d'émission et de réception.
