PRECIS DE LA DIVULGATION: La présente invention a pour objet une composition à base d'anthraline ou de l'un de ses dérivés. Cette compo- sition stable a l'oxydation contient sous forme d'une solu- tion ou d'une dispersion l'anthraline ou l'un de ses dérivés dans un ester aromatique de formule: Image (I) dans laquelle: R représente H, OH, CH3 ou OCH3 et n est 1 ou 2 R1 représente un radical alkyle, linéaire ou ramifié ayant de 1 à 18 atomes de carbone, un radical cycloalkyle ayant de 4 à 6 atomes de carbone, éventuellement ramifié par au moins un radical alkyl ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone, un radical arylalkyle ou arylalkényle, le radical alkyl ou alkényl ayant de 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ou un radical phényl éventuelle- ment substitué par un radical alkyl de 1 à 3 atomes de car bone ou par un radical alkoxy ayant 1 ou 2 atomes de carbone, X représente le radical divalent -CH2-, -CH2-CH2- ou -CH=CH-, et t est 0 ou 1. Cette composition est utilisée dans le traitement des maladies de la peau et des ongles, en parti- culier du psoriasis.
