ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION A game dart (10) of the anti-bounce-back type is provided for use with a dartboard (10A) having rib wires (13, 14). The game dart includes a body section (20), a point section (22) axially movable in the body section and a tail section (24) fixed to the body section and carrying flight members (26). The connection (48, 50) between the point and body sections is configured to cause simultaneous relative rotational and axial movement therebetween.
