The present invention concerns an antibody or fragment thereof, capable of binding to CD 160, said antibody com-prising a) a light chain comprising three light chain complementary regions (CDRs) having the following amino acid sequences: (i) the light chain CDR1 : QSISNH (SEQ ID NO: 1), (ii) the light chain CDR2: YAS, (iii) the light chain CDR3: QQSNSWPLT (SEQ ID NO: 2), and a light chain framework sequence from an immunoglobulin light chain; and b) a heavy chain comprising three heavy chain complementary regions (CDRs) having the following amino acid sequences: (i) the heavy chain CDR1 : GYTFTDYW (SEQ ID NO: 3), (ii) the heavy chain CDR2: IYPGDDDA (SEQ ID NO: 4); (iii) the heavy chain CDR3: AR-RGIAAVVGGFDY (SEQ ID NO: 5); and a heavy chain framework sequence from an immunoglobulin heavy chain; a pharmaceu-tical comprising said antibody and the use of said antibody for preparation of a medicament for treating and/or preventing a pathology associated with endothelial cells proliferation engaged in an angiogenesis process.

La présente invention concerne un anticorps ou un fragment de celui-ci, capable de se lier au CD 160, ledit anticorps comprenant a) une chaîne légère comprenant trois régions de détermination de la complémentarité à chaîne légère (CDR) possédant les séquences d'acides aminés suivantes : (i) la CDR1 à chaîne légère : QSISNH (SEQ ID NO : 1), (ii) la CDR2 à chaîne légère : YAS, (iii) la CDR3 à chaîne légère : QQSNSWPLT (SEQ ID NO : 2), et une séquence charpente à chaîne légère provenant d'une chaîne légère d'immunoglobuline; et b) une chaîne lourde comprenant trois régions de détermination de la complémentarité à chaîne lourde (CDR) ayant les séquences d'acides aminés suivantes : (i) la CDR1 à chaîne lourde : GYTFTDYW (SEQ ID NO : 3), (ii) la CDR2 à chaîne lourde : IYPGDDDA (SEQ ID NO : 4); (iii) la CDR3 à chaîne lourde : ARRGIAAVVGGFDY (SEQ ID NO : 5); et une séquence charpente à chaîne lourde provenant d'une chaîne lourde d'immunoglobuline. L'invention concerne également un composé pharmaceutique comprenant ledit anticorps et l'utilisation dudit anticorps dans la préparation d'un médicament destiné à traiter et/ou prévenir une pathologie associée à la prolifération des cellules endothéliales engagées dans un procédé d'angiogenèse.
