The invention relates to a formulation for anticorrosive paints containing: (i) 3-30 weight % of a monomer and/or polymer metal-free or metal containing chelate-forming compound; (ii) 10-80 wt. % of a material bonding hydroxyl ions and (iii) 5-65 wt. % of a carbon-based conductive pigment.
