The invention relates to an anti-decubitus-support (10) comprising a segmented receiving covering in order to form support segments (12) along a plurality of segmentation axes (13) and which comprises an upper side and a lower side. The support segments are filled with a filling which consists of a plurality of moulded bodies and they are defined by the segmentation lines which extend along the segmentation axes. Said segmentation lines comprise several direction changes in the path thereof which is longitudinal to the segmentation axes (13) and at least the upper side of the covering is at least formed in an elastic manner in the bearing area and is tensioned by the moulded body filling.
L'invention concerne un support (10) anti-escarres comprenant une enveloppe de réception segmentée, permettant la formation de segments (12) de supports, le long d'une pluralité d'axes de segmentation (13), ladite enveloppe présentant une partie supérieure et une partie inférieure. Les segments du support sont remplis d'une garniture comprenant des corps moulés et ils sont délimités par des lignes de segmentation situées le long des axes de segmentation. Lesdites lignes de segmentation présentent dans leur continuité le long des axes de segmentation (13) plusieurs changements de sens et la partie supérieure de l'enveloppe est au moins formée de manière élastique dans une partie matelas et elle est précontrainte par la garniture comprenant des corps moulés.
