An antimycotic drug composition excellent in stability and usable particularly as a preparation for injection, containing an imidazol-1-yl or 1,2,4-triazol-1- yl compound which has a nitrogen atom quaternized with a group represented by general formula (II): (wherein R1 is a hydrocarbon or heterocyclic group which may be substituted; R2 is hydrogen or lower alkyl; and n is 0 or 1) and can be converted into an antimycotic azole compound in vivo through the elimination of the group, and a saccharide.

L'invention concerne une composition de médicament antimycotique présentant une excellente stabilité et utilisable notamment sous la forme d'une préparation d'injection, contenant un composé d'imidazol-1-yle ou 1,2,4-triazol-1-yle ayant un atome d'azote quaternizé avec un groupe représenté par la formule générale (II) (dans laquelle R?1¿ représente un groupe hydrocarbure ou hétérocyclique pouvant être substitué; R?2¿ représente hydrogène ou alkyle inférieur; et n représente 0 ou 1) et pouvant être converti en un composé d'azole antimycotique in vivo par l'élimination du groupe, ainsi qu'un saccharide.
