A device (network of specialized constructions) intended for significant lowering or elimination of the destructive impact of the hurricanes and tornadoes during their travelling over the dry land. A device consist of the conductive metal-made open-worked towers 100-500 metres high, in certain cases secured with metal side ropes, erected at the sites of the most frequent statistical occurrence of violent atmospheric vortices (hurricanes and tornadoes) or at the parts of the coastline where these vortices most frequently enter the continent. The earthed wire possessing high conductive properties is placed within any suchtower, extending from its top to its base (See Fig.8 below). A device works as a discharger removing the electrical charges from the electromagnetic field of the lower layers of atmospheric masses.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif (réseau d'ouvrages spécialisés) conçu pour atténuer considérablement ou éliminer la force destructrice des ouragans et tornades qui ont touché terre. Le dispositif se compose de pylônes triangulés en métal conducteur de 100-500 mètres de hauteur, dont certains peuvent être haubanés, que l'on érige aux endroits statistiquement réputés pour la très grande fréquence d'occurrence de tourbillons extrêmes (ouragans et tornades) ou dans les parties du littoral où ces tourbillons touchent terre le plus fréquemment. Un câble de mise à la terre hautement conducteur est intégré à ces pylônes sur toute leur hauteur (voir figure 8 ci-dessous). Le dispositif objet de l'invention sert évacuer les charges électriques présentes dans le champ électromagnétique des couches inférieures des masses atmosphériques.
