The present invention relates to blocking, inhibiting, reduceing, antagonizing or neutralizing the activity of IL-22, IL-20, or both IL-20 and IL-22 polypeptide molecules. IL-20 and IL-22 are cytokines that are involved in inflammatory processes and human disease. IL-22RA (zcytor11) is a common receptor for IL-20 and IL-22. The present invention includes anti-IL-22RA antibodies and binding partners, as well as methods for antagonizing IL-22 or both IL-20 and IL-22 using such antibodies and binding partners.
La présente invention porte sur le blocage, l'inhibition, la réduction, la création d'un effet antagoniste ou la neutralisation de l'activité de IL-22, IL-20, ou bien des molécules de polypeptides IL-20 et IL-22. IL-20 et IL-22 sont des cytokines impliquées dans les processus inflammatoires et les maladies chez l'homme. IL-22RA (zcytor11) est un récepteur commun pour IL-20 et IL-22. La présente invention concerne les anticorps anti-IL-22RA et leurs partenaires de liaison ainsi que des méthodes de production d'un effet antagoniste dirigé contre IL-22 ou bien contre IL-20 et IL-22 à l'aide de ces mêmes anticorps et de leurs partenaires de liaison.
