The invention provides compounds, pharmaceutical compositions and uses of compounds and salts thereof of general formula (I), for the preparation of a medicament for treatment of an inflammatory disorder, but excluding (S)-3-(r- methylcyclohexylcarbonylamino)-caprolactam: wherein z is 1,2,3 or 4; A is -CO- or -SO2-; Q is linear or branched alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, alkoxy, oxyalkyl, aminoalkyl, akylamino, alklylaminoalkyl, haloalkyl, aryl or substituted aryl; T1 and T2 together constitute a cycloalkyl, cycloalkenyl or polycycloalkyl radical composed of n additional carbon atoms, where n is between 2 and 7; and each hydrogen atom bonded to the carbon atoms in the ring generated by T1 and T2 may be independently be substituted by a group R1, where R1 is independently selected from an alkyl, haloalkyl, alkoxy, haloalkoxy, alkenyl, alkynyl or alkylamino radical of 1 to 20 carbon atoms; or each R1 is independently selected from fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, hydroxy, oxyalkyl, amino, aminoalkyl or aminodialkyl radical.
L'invention concerne des composés, des compositions pharmaceutiques et l'utilisation de composés et de sels de ceux-ci de formule générale (I) pour la préparation d'un médicament pour le traitement d'un trouble inflammatoire, ne comprenant pas de (S)-3-(r-méthylcyclohexylcarbonylamino)-caprolactame. Dans la formule : z vaut 1, 2, 3 ou 4 ; A représente -CO- ou -SO2- ; Q représente alkyle, alcényle, alcynyle, alcoxy, oxyalkyle, aminoalkyle, akylamino, alklylaminoalkyle, haloalkyle, aryle ou aryle substitué linéaire ou ramifié ; T1 et T2 constituent ensemble un radical cycloalkyle, cycloalcényle ou polycycloalkyle composé de n atomes de carbone supplémentaires, n étant compris entre 2 et 7 ; et chaque atome d'hydrogène lié aux atomes de carbone dans le cycle généré par T1 et T2 pouvant être indépendamment substitué par un groupe R1, R1 étant indépendamment sélectionné à partir d'un radical alkyle, haloalkyle, alcoxy, haloalcoxy, alcényle, alcynyle ou alkylamino de 1 à 20 atomes de carbone ; ou chaque R1 est indépendamment sélectionné à partir d'un radical fluoro, chloro, bromo, iodo, hydroxy, oxyalkyle, amino, aminoalkyle ou aminodialkyle.
