The present invention refers to synthetic, cyclic peptides containing a sequence of 13 L-amino acids in their primary structure which present anti-inflammatory and antiallergic activities, useful for the treatment of acute or chronic inflammation and/or allergies, being particularly useful for the treatment of acute or chronic allergic asthma. The invention also describes a pharmaceutical composition containing said peptides, its use and a method to treat or prevent acute and/or chronic inflammatory and/or allergic disorders.
La présente invention porte sur des peptides cycliques, synthétiques contenant une séquence de 13 L-amino-acides dans leur structure primaire qui présentent des activités anti-inflammatoires et antiallergiques, sont utiles dans le traitement d'inflammations et/ou d'allergies aiguës ou chroniques, et utiles notamment dans le traitement de l'asthme aigu ou l'asthme allergique chronique. L'invention porte également sur une composition pharmaceutique contenant ces peptides, sur son utilisation et sur une méthode de traitement ou de prévention de troubles inflammatoires et/ou allergiques aigus et/ou chroniques.
