ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Compounds of the formula (I) are disclosed: Image (I) wherein A is a -CHRCH2- or -CR=CH- group where R is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group and B is a CO, CHOH or CHOCOR1 group where R1 is a group such that HO.COR1 is a pharmaceutically acceptable organic acid of up to 12 carbon atoms. These compounds have anti-inflammatory activity. Methods of preparation are also disclosed.
