Therapeutic preparations are provided for treatment of a T-cell mediated disease or condition comprising an antigen and a carrier, wherein said antigen is an antigen recognized by inflammatory T cells associated with the pathogenesis of said T-cell mediated disease or condition, and wherein said carrier is an anti-inflammatory immunomodulator selected from: (a) a saturated or cis-unsaturated C10-C20 fatty alcohol or an ester thereof with a C1-C6 alkanoic acid; and (b) a saturated or cis-unsaturated C10-C20 fatty acid ester selected from a C1-C6 alkyl ester, a monoester with a C2-C6 polyol having a least two hydroxy groups, and a diester with glycerol.

L'invention concerne des préparations thérapeutiques pour le traitement d'une maladie ou d'un trouble médié par une cellule T, comprenant un antigène et un porteur, ledit antigène étant reconnu comme étant un antigène par des cellules T inflammatoires associées à la pathogénèse de ladite maladie ou dudit trouble médié par une cellule T, et ledit porteur étant un immunomodulateur anti-inflammatoire sélectionné dans: (a) un alcool gras C¿10?-C¿20? saturé ou cis-insaturé ou un ester dudit alcool avec un acide alcanoïque C¿1?-C¿6?; et (b) un ester d'acide gras C¿10?-C¿20? saturé ou cis-insaturé, sélectionné parmi un ester d'alkyle C¿1?-C¿6?, un monoester avec un polyol C¿2?-C¿6? présentant au moins deux groupes hydroxy, et un diester avec glycérol.
