The invention relates to an anti-interference filter and lightning conductor device which are equipped with two serially mounted gas charge eliminators (6, 7). A circuit (9) is connected to the gas capsule charge eliminators (6, 7) and is embodied in such a manner that the gas capsule charge eliminators (6, 7) can be placed in a totally reliable manner in a non-conducting state in the event of a malfunction. This is also the case if direct current voltage and/or high frequency signals are applied.
