Use of a monoclonal antibody directed against the extracellular domain of hepatocyte growth factor is disclosed for the preparation of a medicament for the treatment of tumors and/or metastases and of a diagnostic tool for detecting neoplastic cells as well as vectors comprising at least a portion of the nucleotide sequence encoding the anti-Met monoclonal antibody, products containing the anti-Met monoclonal antibody and/or at least one fragment thereof and at least one kinase inhibitor.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'utilisation d'un anticorps monoclonal dirigé contre le domaine extracellulaire d'un facteur de croissance hépatocyte, permettant de préparer un médicament destiné à traiter des tumeurs et/ou des métastases. L'invention concerne également des procédés d'utilisation d'un instrument de diagnostic destiné à détecter des cellules néoplastiques, ainsi que des vecteurs comprenant au moins une partie de la séquence nucléotidique codant l'anticorps monoclonal anti-Met. L'invention concerne encore des produits contenant l'anticorps monoclonal anti-Met de l'invention et/ou au moins un fragment de celui-ci et au moins un inhibiteur de kinase.
