A method of crop protection capable of reducing the use of synthetic agricultural chemicals so as to ensure environmental protection. In particular, an antibacterial antiviral composition comprising laccase or cells of a microbe capable of producing laccase or a product of treatment thereof and at least one phenol derivative of the following general formula (I) or a salt thereof. Further, there are provided, comprising the composition, a plant disease controlling agent, a seed disinfectant, a postharvest agent and a nutritious liquid sterilizer. Still further, there are provided, characterized by the use of these, a method of controlling plant diseases, a method of seed disinfection, a method of postharvest treatment and a method of nutritious liquid sterilization in tank farming or solid culture medium farming. (wherein each of R1 to R5 independently is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl, C2-C6 alkenyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, C6-C20 (nucleus) aryl, C1-C10 carboxyl, C1-C10 carbonyl or halogen atom provided that at least one of R1 to R5 is C1-C10 alkenyl).
L'invention concerne un procédé de protection des cultures permettant de réduire l'utilisation de produits chimiques agricoles synthétiques afin d'assurer la protection de l'environnement. Cette invention concerne en particulier une composition antivirale antibactérienne contenant de la laccase ou des cellules d'un microbe capable de produire de la laccase ou un produit de traitement associé et au moins un dérivé phénolé de formule générale (I) ou un sel de ce dernier, formule dans laquelle R¿1? à R¿5? représentent chacun indépendamment hydrogène, alkyle en C¿1?-C¿6?, alcényle en C¿2?-C¿6?, alcoxy en C¿1?-C¿6?, aryle (noyau) en C¿6?-C¿20?, carboxyle en C¿1?-C¿10?, carbonyle en C¿1?-C¿10? ou un atome d'halogène, dans la mesure où au moins un des composés R¿1? à R¿5? représente alcényle en C¿1?-C¿10?. Ladite invention concerne également un agent de lutte contre les maladies des plantes, un désinfectant de semence, un agent post-récolte et un stérilisant liquide nutritif qui comprennent ladite composition. La présente invention se rapporte en outre à des procédés caractérisés par l'utilisation de ces produits, à savoir un procédé de lutte contre les maladies des plantes, un procédé de désinfection des semences, un procédé de traitement post-récolte et un procédé de stérilisation liquide nutritive dans l'agriculture en réservoir ou en milieu de culture solide.
