Disclosed are: an anti-norovirus agent which has an excellent norovirus-inactivating activity and is highly safe for a human body; an anti-norovirus composition which comprises the anti-norovirus agent and is useful for the disinfection against a norovirus or the prevention of the infection with a norovirus; and others. The anti-norovirus agent is characterized by comprising, as an active ingredient, an extract from a plant belonging to the genusDiospyros containing tannin (hereinafter, simply referred to as ~a persimmon extract~), preferably a persimmon extract produced by heating a squeezed juice or an extract of a fruit of a plant belonging to the genus Diospyros or treating the squeezed juice or the extract with an alcohol. The anti-norovirus composition is characterized by comprising the anti-norovirus agent and at least one member selected from the group consisting of an alcohol, a surfactant, a bactericidal agent, a moisturizing agent and an oil-and-fat for cosmetic use, and preferably further comprising an organic acid (e.g., citric acid) and/or a salt thereof and vitamin C.
L'invention porte sur : un agent anti-norovirus qui a une excellente activité d'inactivation de norovirus et qui est extrêmement sûr pour un corps humain ; une composition anti-norovirus qui comprend l'agent anti-norovirus et qui est utile pour la désinfection vis-à-vis d'un norovirus ou la prévention de l'infection par un norovirus ; et autres. L'agent anti-norovirus est caractérisé par le fait qu'il comprend, en tant qu'ingrédient actif, un extrait provenant d'une plante appartenant au genre Diospyros contenant le tanin (ci-après, simplement appelé <= extrait de kaki >=), de préférence un extrait de kaki produit par chauffage d'un jus pressé ou d'un extrait d'un fruit d'une plante appartenant au genre Diospyros ou par traitement du jus pressé ou de l'extrait par un alcool. La composition anti-norovirus est caractérisée par le fait qu'elle comprend l'agent anti-norovirus et au moins un élément choisi dans le groupe constitué par un alcool, un agent tensio-actif, un agent bactéricide, un agent hydratant et une huile et une graisse pour utilisation cosmétique, et, de préférence, comprenant en outre un acide organique (par exemple, l'acide citrique) et/ou un sel de celui-ci et de la vitamine C.
