A novel compound having an anti-penicillin resistant pneumococci potency; and an anti-penicillin resistant pneumococci agent containing the compound as an active ingredient. There is provided an anti-penicillin resistant pneumococci agent characterized by containing as an active ingredient a compound of the following structural formula (I), or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, or a hydrate thereof. In the structural formula (I), R is any of halogen atoms, azido, Ra-Wa-, Rb-Wb-, Rc-Wc- and RdRd~N-.
La présente invention décrit un nouveau composé présentant une activité anti-pneumococci résistantes à la pénicilline, ainsi qu'un agent anti-pneumococci résistantes à la pénicilline contenant ledit composé au titre de principe actif. La présente invention décrit notamment un agent anti-pneumococci résistantes à la pénicilline caractérisé en ce qu'il contient, au titre de principe actif, un composé de formule structurelle (I) suivante, ou son sel de qualité pharmacologique, ou un hydrate de ce sel. dans la formule structurelle (I), R représente un groupement sélectionné parmi les atomes d'halogène et les groupements azido, Ra-Wa-, Rb-Wb-, Rc-Wc- et RdRd~N-.
