Ce produit consiste en des particules composées de micro cristaux d'un dérivé anti-perspi- rant de l'aluminium enrobés par un amidon partiellement dégradé par hydrolyse acide, dont la viscosité Stormer est comprise entre 60 et 70 et dont la molécule es-t composée de 30 à 40% d'amylose et de 60 à 70% d'amylopectine. Le produit de l'invention a la propriété de présenter un retard considérable à l'hydratation lorsqu'il est mis en présence d'eau à une température inférieure à 50°C.
