Sole of the boots and/or shoes will have interlayer with steel bars. The steel bars can extend or retract like cat claws controlled by handle. The handle is in the middle of the sole. Walking or running on snow and/or ice surface, extended steel bars can prevent slip and/or skid. Retracted steel bars make the boots and/or shoes like regular boot and/or shoes.
