The present invention relates to an Anti-Slip Device, which helps the vehicle to start moving and get it off the slippery surface (ice, snow) or deep sand. Sometimes vehicle can't start moving because of the slippery surface (ice, snow) or deep sand and leave those surfaces without help. The wheels just rotate on the same place and making the surface slippery or going deeper in the sand. In situations like that, there is only one solution to leave those surfaces without anybodies help, it is to place something between the tires and slippery surface or deep sand. The Anti-Slip Devices installed under the tires helps drivers to avoid this problem and take the vehicle off the slippery surface (ice, snow) or deep sand. Also the Anti-Slip Device can be used as a Stand for Warning Triangle and as an Anti-Rolling Device to prevent the vehicle from moving and the tires from rotating during the jacking up the vehicle.
