The body has an inlet port (26), an outlet passage, and a flow control orifice (48) between the inlet port (26) and outlet passage (49). A deflection surface (56) is located within the outlet passage (49) and is spaced from the orifice (48) to be impinged by a stream of the liquid discharging from the orifice (48).
