By applying the solution comprising 0. 5 to 10 % by weight of an inorganic polysilazane having repeating units represented by the general formula below and soluble in a solvent and a catalyst such as 4, 4' - trimethylenebis (1 -methylpiperidine) etc. onto the surfaces of the bodies and wheels of automobiles, dentures, tombstones, the interior and exterior of a house, products used with water in toilets, kitchens, washrooms, bathtubs, etc., signboards, signs, plastic products, glass products, etc., a rigid and dense silica coating is formed to confer a long-durable hydrophilic effect and anti-fouling effect on the surfaces. The solvent is properly selected from mineral spirit, paraffin type solvents, aromatic solvents, alicyclic solvents and mixture thereof depending on the article being coated. (see above formula)
L'invention concerne une solution d'enduction anti-salissures qui contient 0,5 à 10 % en poids d'un polysilazane anorganique soluble dans un solvant et ayant une unité récurrente représentée par la formule générale suivante : (I), 0,5 à 10 % en poids par rapport au polysilazane pur d'un catalyseur tel que 4,4'-triméthylènebis (1-méthylpyrizine), et un solvant de dilution. Le solvant est sélectionné, de manière appropriée en fonction d'un article à enduire, parmi un alcool minéral, un solvant paraffinique, un solvant aromatique, un solvant alicyclique et leurs mélanges. La solution d'enduction a été appliquée sur une carrosserie d'automobile, une roue d'automobile, une denture, une pierre tombale, à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur d'une maison, des toilettes, une cuisine, un article destiné à être utilisé dans une section sanitaire d'une maison telle que la baignoire, un W.C., un tableau-réclame, un article en plastique, un article en verre ou équivalent, et forme un film d'enduction résistant et fermé, conférant à l'article enduit de bonnes propriétés hydrophiles et anti-salissures durables sur une longue période.
