ABSTRACT A clamp holds a sleeve over an installed connector preventing access to the connector for removal. The clamp is clamped to a cable with a screw having a tightening head that breaks off after installation leaving a securing head entirely within a counterbore in the clamp. Accordingly, access to the screw so as to loosen it is prevented and thus discourages tampering.
