An antitumor agent against drug-fast tumors containing a compound represented by general formula (2) or (a) or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof as the active ingredient; wherein X represents Cl or Br; and R represents NR1R2 (wherein R1 and R2 represent each independently hydrogen or C1-C4 linear or branched alkyl) or a group of formula (b) (wherein R3 represents CH2 or N- CH3). The agent has an excellent antitumor activity against drug-insensitive tumors and is useful as an antitumor agent against drug-fast tumors.
Agent antitumoral dirigé contre les tumeurs résistant à l'action des médicaments, contenant un composé représenté par la formule générale (2 ou a) ou un sel pharmacologiquement acceptable de celui-ci, comme principe actif. Dans cette formule, X représente Cl ou Br; et R représente NR?1¿R?2¿ (R?1¿ et R?2¿ représentant chacun séparément hydrogène ou alkyle ramifié ou linéaire C¿1?-C¿4?) ou un groupe de formule (b), dans laquelle R?3¿ représente CH¿2? ou N-CH¿3?). Cet agent présente une excellente activité antitumorale contre les tumeurs insensibles aux médicaments et est utile comme agent antitumoral contre les tumeurs résistant aux médicaments.
