X-4823 Astract of the Disclosure Novel N2 derivatives of 4-desacetyl VLB (vinblastine) C-3 carboxhydrazides, which are useful as anti-tumor agents, are described herein. These novel compounds are prepared by reacting the corre- sponding C-3 carboxazide with an alkyl hydrazine or C-3 carboxhydrazide with aldehyde, ketone or acid chloride.
