Humanized and variant anti-VEGF antibodies and vari-ous uses therefor are disclosed. The anti-VEGF antibodies have strong binding affinities for VEGF; inhibit VEGF-induced pro-liferation of endothelial cells in vitro, and inhibit tumor growth in vivo.

Les anticorps anti-VEGF présentent une forte affinité pour le facteur de croissance de l'endothélium vasculaire.
