A baler is equipped with a wide pick-up which delivers crop to a rotary conveyor including right- and left-hand augers which narrow the crop flow to the width of the baling chamber of the baler. For preventing crop from wrapping about the outer end of each of the augers, each auger is equipped with anti-wrap deflectors shaped for raising crop from the auger core to the periphery of the auger flights.
