Abstract of the Disclosure Antibiotic A204I monoether and monothioether derivatives are described herein which are anticoccidial, as well as antimicrobial agents. Some A204I monoether derivatives are also insecticidal and acaricidal agents and increase feed-utilization efficiency in ruminants. The antibiotic A204I derivatives are prepared by reacting anti- biotic A204I with a primary alcohol or thiol.
