The antibiotic FKI-1778A and/or FKI-1778B and/or FKI-1778C and/or FKI-1778D is collected from the culture mixture. The thus obtained substance is promising as drugs, veterinary medicines or agrichemicals having a growth inhibiting activity to microorganisms, nematodes and arthropods or as drugs exhibiting a growth inhibiting activity to carcinoma cells.
Un microorganisme appartenant aux champignons filamenteux, capable de produire antibiotique FKI-1778A et/ou FKI-1778B et/ou FKI-1778C et/ou FKI-1778D est mis en culture dans un milieu de culture pour accumuler de cette manière l'antibiotique FKI-1778A et/ou FKI-1778B et/ou FKI-1778C et/ou FKI-1778D dans le mélange de culture. L'antibiotique FKI-1778A et/ou FKI-1778B et/ou FKI-1778C et/ou FKI-1778D est recueilli à partir du mélange de culture. La substance ainsi obtenue est prometteuse comme médicaments, médicaments vétérinaires ou produits chimiques pour l'agriculture ayant une activité d'inhibition du développement sur des microorganismes, des nématodes et des arthropodes ou comme médicaments présentant une activité d'inhibition du développement sur des cellules d'un carcinome.
