An antibiotic product is comprised of at least three dosages forms, each of which has a different release profile, with the Cmax for the antibiotic product being reached in less than about twelve hours. In one embodiment, there is an immediate release dosage form, a sustained release dosage form, and a delayed release dosage form, with each of the dosage forms having a different release profile, wherein each reaches a Cmax at different times.

L'invention concerne un produit antibiotique constitué d'au moins trois formes posologiques qui présentent chacune un profil de libération différent, la concentration sérique maximale (C¿max?) pour le produit antibiotique étant atteinte en moins d'environ douze heures. Dans un mode de réalisation, le produit antibiotique comprend une forme posologique à libération immédiate, une forme posologique à libération prolongée et une forme posologique à libération retardée, chacune de ces formes posologiques présentant un profil de libération différent et une concentration sérique maximale (C¿max?) à différents instants.
