The present invention is related to antibodies directed to the antigen PDGFD and uses of such antibodies. In particular, in accordance with the present invention, there are provided fully human monoclonal antibodies directed to the antigen PDGFD. Nucelotide sequences encoding, and amino acid sequences comprising, heavy and light chain immunoglobulin molecules, particularly sequences corresponding to contiguous heavy and light chain sequences spanning the framework regions and/or complementarity determining regions (CDR's), specifically from FR1 through FR4 or CDR1 through CDR3, are provided. Hybridomas or other cell lines expressing such immunoglobulin molecules and monoclonal antibodies are also provided.

L'invention concerne des anticorps dirigés contre l'antigène de PDGFD et leur utilisation. Plus particulièrement, l'invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux entièrement humains dirigées contre l'antigène de PDGFD. Par ailleurs, elle concerne des séquences nucléotidiques qui codent, -et des séquences d'acides aminés qui contiennent-, des molécules d'immunoglobuline à chaînes lourdes et légères, en particulier, des séquences correspondant à des séquences de chaînes lourdes et légères contiguës qui découpent les régions du squelette et/ou les régions déterminantes de la complémentarité (CDR), spécifiquement de FR1 à FR4 ou de CDR1 à CDR3. L'invention concerne également des hybridomes ou autres lignées cellulaires qui expriment ces molécules d'immunoglobuline et anticorps monoclonaux.
