High- specificity antibodies can distinguish between modified (e.g, hIGF-1/Ea 3mut) and endogenous human IGF-1 proteins. These antibodies have little or no cross-reactivity with hIGF-1 or hIGF-2. They also have little or no cross-reactivity with rodent IGF-1 or IGF-2. The antibodies can be used in pharmacokinetic (PK)/pharamcodynarnie (PD) assessments of IGF-1/ E peptides that have been administered to humans or animals. A sandwich ELISA assay, using the antibody of the invention as a capture antibody, can quantify the mutant IGF- 1/E proteins in samples.

L'invention porte sur des anticorps à forte spécificité pouvant distinguer entre des protéines dIGF-1 humaine endogènes et des protéines dIGF-1 humaine modifiées (p.ex. la hIGF-1/Ea 3mut). Ces anticorps ont peu ou pas de réactivité croisée avec le hIGF-1 ou le hIGF-2, et également avec lIGF-1 ou lIGF-2 des rongeurs. Ces anticorps peuvent être utilisés pour des évaluations pharmacocinétiques(PK)/pharamcodynamiques (PD) de peptides IGF-1 /E ayant été administrés à des humains ou des animaux. Un bioessai ELISA sandwich utilisant lanticorps de linvention comme anticorps de capture peut quantifier les protéines IGF-1/E mutantes déchantillons.
