A monoclonal antibody can be produced successfully, which cannot recognize a soluble A/3 monomer (a physio- logical molecule) but can recognize only a soluble A/3 oligomer specifically. It is found that the antibody is useful as a diagnos- tic/therapeutic monoclonal antibody for Alzheimer's disease.
La présente invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal qui peut être produit avec succès, qui n'est pas capable de reconnaître un monomère Aß soluble (une molécule physiologique) mais peut uniquement reconnaître spécifiquement un oligomère Aß soluble.
