In order to improve the detection sensitivity of MUSTag, the present invention provides an antibody complex including a nucleic acid chain as a label, an antibody to specifically recognize the antigen and an adaptor moiety linking the nucleic acid chain and the antibody, wherein the adaptor moiety includes an immunoglobulin binding domain of Protein G, Protein A or Protein L for binding with the antibody, and the adaptor moiety and the antibody are chemically cross-linked to form a cross-linked antibody complex.

L'invention vise à améliorer la sensibilité de la détection de MUSTag. Ainsi, l'invention porte sur un complexe d'anticorps réticulé comprenant : une chaîne d'acides nucléiques qui sert de marqueur ; un anticorps capable de se lier de façon spécifique à un antigène ; et une partie adaptateur capable de lier la chaîne d'acides nucléiques à l'anticorps. Dans le complexe d'anticorps, la partie adaptation comprend tout domaine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline choisi parmi la protéine G, la protéine A et la protéine L, et la partie adaptation peut être liée à l'anticorps par l'intermédiaire du domaine de liaison à l'immunoglobuline. La partie adaptateur est chimiquement réticulée à l'anticorps pour former le complexe d'anticorps réticulé.
