A monoclonal antibody c143 to be used in detecting a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia; a monoclonal antibody to be used in detecting a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia which has substantially the same reactivity as the monoclonal antibody c143 with bovine MHC Class II DR molecules showing a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia; and drugs for diagnosing the possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia which contain the above monoclonal antibodies. Thus, a bovine individual with a possibility of the onset of bovine leukemia can be conveniently and exactly detected.

L'invention concerne un anticorps monoclonal Cl43 permettant de détecter un bovin susceptible de présenter un début de leucémie bovine. L'invention traite aussi d'un anticorps monoclonal permettant de détecter un bovin susceptible de présenter un début de leucémie bovine dont la réactivité est sensiblement la même que l'anticorps monoclonal cl43 avec les molécules DR de classe II du bovin présentant un risque de début de leucémie. L'invention a également pour objet des médicaments pour diagnostiquer le risque de début de leucémie bovine qui contient les anticorps monoclonaux susmentionnés. Ainsi, il est possible de détecter exactement et correctement un bovin présentant un risque de leucémie bovine.
