The present invention relates to monoclonal antibodies with high ADCC activity, characterised in having glycannic structures with a ratio (fucose content/galactose content) of 0.6 or less on the glycosylation site thereof in the Fc region. The invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions, containing said monoclonal antibodies with high effector activity.
La présente invention concerne des anticorps monoclonaux ayant une forte activité ADCC caractérisés en ce qu'ils possèdent, sur leur site de glycosylation de la région Fc, des structures glycanniques présentant un rapport (taux de fucose / taux de galactose) inférieur ou égal à 0,6. L'invention porte également sur des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant lesdits anticorps monoclonaux ayant une forte activité effectrice.
