The invention concerns an antichafing strip for a disposable shaving equipment obtained by extrusion of a polymer mixture comprising an insoluble polymer material and polyethylene oxide, having an initial dynamic friction coefficient (KD) of the order of or less than 0.2. The mixture to be extruded comprises exclusively, as polyethylene oxide, a product having a molecular weight average higher than 3.5 millions. Preferably, it is obtained by extrusion from a mixture comprising polystyrene and polyethylene oxide having a molecular weight average higher than 4 millions, in particular one single polyethylene with molecular weight average higher than 7 millions. The invention also concerns a shaving equipment head whereon said antichafing strip is fixed by ultrasonic bonding.
La bande anti-friction pour rasoir jetable de l'invention est obtenue par extrusion à partir d'un mélange polymère comprenant un matériau polymère insoluble et l'oxyde de polyéthylène. Elle a un coefficient de frottement dynamique (K D) initial de l'ordre de ou inférieur à 0,2. Le mélange à extruder comporte exclusivement, comme oxyde de polyéthylène, un produit ayant un poids moléculaire moyen supérieur à 3,5 millions. De préférence, elle est obtenue par extrusion à partir d'un mélange comprenant du polystyrène et de l'oxyde de polyéthylène d'une poids moléculaire moyen supérieur à 4 millions, notamment un seul oxyde de polyéthylène d'un poids moléculaire supérieur à 7 millions. L'invention concerne également une tête de rasage sur laquelle est fixée par soudure ultrasons la bande anti-friction précitée.
