ANTICOCCIDIAL COMPOSITIONS ABSTRACT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to new, safe and effective methods for controlling and preventing coccidi- osis in poultry by orally administering thereto compo- sitions contain maduramicin and nicarbazin in extremely low (previously considerd subtherapeutic) total doses of drugs. Unexpectedly, these compositions containing such low doses of drugs are observed to synergistically control and/or prevent coccidiosis in poultry without affecting growth.
