This procedure for anticorrosive treatment of braided cables and pulling system starts from a braided cable, with a coating of residual zinc from a zinc treatment or galvanizing of wire that has later been drawn and braided, although this is very scarce, being only what remains on the threads or filaments of the cable, with no depositing of metal or organic or synthetic resin etc., obtaining a final product with a high degree of resistance to corrosion, without affecting its mechanical performance. The following stages are included: degreasing, draining, washing, neutralizing, chromate, draining and washing, sealing, draining and drying, optionally being able to miss out the second washing stage, depending on the case involved, then later proceeding to a last lubrication stage. The pulling system is based on variable speed self-regulating motors, each connected to a reel in each stage of the procedure. For each motor it includes an assembly comprising an arm, counterweight and analogical detector for motor speed regulation when the tension of the cable varies.

Ce procédé de traitement anticorrosif pour câbles tressés et système d'entraînement consiste, en partant d'un câble tressé, en une couche de zinc résiduelle provenant du zingage ou de la galvanisation du fil de fer qui, ultérieurement est tréfilé et tressé; et bien que cette couche soit très mince, il en reste sur les fils ou filaments du câble, sans dépôt de métal ou de résine organique, synthétique, etc.. On obtient un produit final ayant un degré élevé de résistance à la corrosion sans la variation du comportement mécanique. Le procédé comprend les étapes suivantes: dégraissage, égouttage, lavage, neutralisation, chromatisation, égouttage et lavage, scellage, égouttage et séchage; il est possible d'éliminer le second lavage, et selon le cas, on procède ultérieurement à une dernière étape de lubrification. Le système d'entraînement se compose de moteurs, indépendants variables et autorégulables, chacun d'eux étant connecté à une bobine à chaque étape du procédé. Il est prévu pour chaque moteur un jeu constitué d'un bras, d'un contre-poids et d'un détecteur analogique de régulation de la vitesse du moteur lorsque la tension mécanique du câble varie.
